Supports and Warranty
We provide support and limited warranty services for each of our products. However, the warranty does not apply to specially ordered products (Custom Guitars), including both acoustic and electric guitars made to custom specifications.

We offer comprehensive repair and maintenance services for guitars produced by Markland Guitarworks, backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, customers are eligible for up to a 30% discount on qualifying repair and maintenance services, subject to applicable terms and conditions. Please note that this discount excludes the cost of component replacements.
Limited Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
MARKLAND GUITARWORKS warrants that all our products are free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This warranty is valid only for the original retail purchaser, is non-transferable, and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Each instrument undergoes initial inspection, setup, and standard adjustment prior to shipment. Please note that new instruments may require minor adjustments (such as truss rod and string action) due to shipping and environmental changes upon arrival. These adjustments are not covered under this warranty.
As a condition of this warranty, you are required to properly maintain and care for the product—especially guitars—in accordance with the care guidelines available on our website and by using recommended guitar care products.

How to Request Warranty Service
IMPORTANT: PLEASE RETAIN YOUR ORIGINAL PROOF OF PURCHASE, CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, AND REGISTERED PRODUCT DOCUMENTATION, AS THESE ARE REQUIRED TO VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM.
To obtain warranty service, contact MARKLAND GUITARWORKS first to receive a Return Authorization Number. You must then send the complete instrument along with proof of purchase to the address provided via email, within the warranty period.

All costs related to transportation, insurance, and shipping for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
