Final Inspection
​Each instrument must pass a comprehensive quality control checklist to ensure it meets our high standards. We also set up your guitar according to your preferred tuning and string gauge.

We are committed to ensuring that every guitar we produce undergoes through quality inspection to meet both our standards and your specific requirements. The final inspection includes:
​

• Body and Neck: Materials, construction, and finishing quality.

• Fret Wire: Fret height, edge finishing, and radius consistency.

• Hardware: Bridge, tuning machines, control knobs, nut, and covers.

• Electronics: Wiring systems, continuity testing, selector switches, potentiometers, and pickup performance.

• Accessories: Additional hardware, spare strings, and a multifunctional maintenance tool included in the package.

• Final Setup Check: String action, string tension, intonation, truss rod adjustment, playability test, and chromatic tuning evaluation.

 
Shipping Terms​

• Your instrument will be shipped with full insurance coverage based on its declared value (Guitar price), using secure packaging.

• A tracking number (airway bill) will be sent to your email upon dispatch.​ We will recommend a suitable shipping operator or courier service for the delivery of your instrument.

​​

• Shipping policies will be subject to the terms and conditions of the selected operator or courier service.

​​

• We work with trusted partners for both domestic and international deliveries (JNE, Pos Indonesia, EMS, DHL and UPS). All shipping operator may offering a range of pricing and Estimated Time Delivery (ETD).

• The guitar (item) will be measured based on volumetric dimensions and weight in accordance with the courier's regulations. Packaging costs will be included in the total shipping fee.

​​

• Wooden crates is highly recommended for guitar shipments to ensure maximum protection. Please note that this may affect the total shipping cost due to the increased weight.

• Shipping fees will include packaging charges, insurance coverage, and delivery costs, all in line with the courier or shipping operator's policies.

Customs Clearance and Import Responsibilities (Overseas Shipping)​

• The recipient will be responsible for any taxes imposed, such as import duties or customs fees applicable in the destination country.

• We are not liable for any customs regulations or selective import restrictions enforced by the destination country. In the event of additional procedures, such as quarantine inspections, any associated costs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Design the Instrument
Once your design is submitted, our team will begin the preparation and refinement phase. This includes reviewing your specifications, developing the technical design files, and validating all component selections. This process typically requires 2–3 weeks from the date of your order. Upon completion, we will deliver a comprehensive design presentation for your review to ensure that every detail accurately reflects your requested specifications before moving forward to production. 

Making the Instrument​
Once your specifications are finalized and approved, we begin the designing process of your custom guitar.
Each instrument is crafted with high-quality materials to ensure exceptional tone, durability, and performance. We exclusively use brand-new, in-box (BNIB) hardware and electronic components, sourced from authorized dealers and trusted manufacturing partners.

Production Process Updates
We will provide updates at three key stages of the production process:
​1.  Milling: The guitar body and neck have been shaped (Unfinished Body and Neck)
2. Finishing: Completed Painting and detailing works
3. Final Documentation: The guitar has been fully assembled and has passed quality control inspection
 
Please note that certain custom options may require additional time, so the timing of updates may vary depending on the complexity of your build.
