Regional and International Guitar Shipping 

1. General Policy

We take great care in the packaging and delivery of every instrument. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Indonesia. We offer both regional (within Indonesia) and international shipping. All delivery rate is very competitive.

2. Shipping Within Indonesia (Regional)

  • Courier Services: We use trusted local courier services (JNE) for domestic deliveries.

  • Delivery Time Estimate: 2–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping Insurance: Standard insurance is included. Additional insurance available upon request.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated based on destination and order size; visible during checkout or upon inquiry.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the item is shipped.

3. International Shipping (Overseas)

  • Courier Services: We ship internationally using UPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on destination and service availability.

  • Delivery Time Estimate: 7–21 business days (may vary due to customs clearance).

  • Shipping Insurance: All international orders are fully insured for loss or damage, including shipping fees.

  • Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. We do not mark items as “gift” or underdeclare value.

  • Shipping Cost: Calculated based on destination, package dimensions, and weight. Please contact us for a quote at admin@marklandguitarworks.com or via +62 811-1504-404.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status with the courier.

4. Packaging

  • All guitars are shipped in a padded gigbag or hardcase (depending on your order), securely packed in custom-protective cardboard boxes to ensure safety during transit.

  • We use reinforced packaging materials to prevent shipping-related damage.

5. Delays and Liability

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Markland Guitarworks is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs processes, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • In case of significant delays or issues, please contact us immediately for support.

​6. Shipping Damage or Loss

  • In the unlikely event of damage or loss during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • We will initiate an insurance claim with the courier and assist you in getting a resolution or replacement part.

  • Please retain all packaging materials and provide photos of the damage for verification.
